Worst service ever!!! Read before using!! – Quikr: Local Classifieds Review

I’ve used this app a bunch and sold about 6 things. Every time I schedule a pickup the driver never shows up on time. They always call asking for the address even though I give it with a landmark in my shipping info for them and it’s printed on the receipt I’m given. They have cancelled my pickups numerous times and force me to reschedule for another day ruining my plans on several occasions with no remorse for when I call customer service. The number of times I’ve called them and they have sworn someone will call me back but never does is in the dozens. Overall the experience dealing physically with the Quikr team is TERRIBLE! If everything worked through the app with no human contact it would be decent but that is not the case. I highly recommend to only buy and not sell because dealing with their teams is the biggest pain in the butt ever!! 1 STAR!
