So far not impressed – Remote Mouse Review

I had high hopes when I downloaded remoteMouse, and linked it to my MacBook. However I had to buy media remote in order to use remoteMouse, which I did. Unfortunately my phone does not recognize that I paid money for media remote, and I cannot access it. I am ready to delete the app, but I’m trying one more time to get an answer from the support email before I do. Last email I sent went without an answer.
