Terrible support, buggy and unusable – Backgammon - Lord of the Board Review

I don’t normally write reviews on apps, but I am so frustrated with this app. When it works it’s great, but there is a terrible bug that gives me an error of “No Internet Connection”. The only time I don’t see this error is when I connect from WiFi. Any time I connect from cellular data, even with full bars and even when all other applications can connect through cellular data, I get an error of no internet connection. I have tried the tech support for this app and they are terrible. They just ignore my messages. I really like this app and it’s unfortunate that it doesn’t work most of the time.
