3.5 Stars! Overall Good, Needs Issues Fixed – NBA 2K18 Review

The mechanics and engine behind the game are fun and among the better sports games available on the market. But, there are many many little bugs that need corrected. Since this isn’t a cheaper app to purchase and 2K is genuinely good at sports games, I’m hoping they fix these two major things. 1. In my career mode so many stats don’t update. I am in the middle of December and my team and individual stats are still reflecting everything from literally the first game of the season on the navigation menus, the loading screen menus, etc. There really is no point in having a career if I can’t see my created players stats. 2. The announcers sometimes just broadcast the game with the complete wrong lineup names for each team. Humorous at first, but, since it now happens one in every 4 games, it’s become a little annoying.
