I’m having an issue :( – Sketch - Draw & Paint Review

I can’t see certain people’s profiles. I’m not sure why? Every time someone follows me I go to see who they are. But sometimes it just kicks me off the app when I press on an account. I’m not sure why. None of them blocked me. And I haven’t blocked them. So I’m not sure why this is happening. Also I can’t find any one else complaining about it. Help?
