Great app for ESRD patient – iChoose Kidney - Patient Education for Patients with Kidney Disease Review

Found this app when I started dialysis 5 years ago. While my results from this app are not that good it has motivated me to be compliant with attending my dialysis sessions and I religiously check my lab results to modify my diet. A great motivation tool
