Help – Aura Kingdom Review

The game is great but I stopped playing for a few hours didn’t close the app and when I came back to it it restarted. That’s fine and All what isn’t fine or cool or awesome is not only did the app restart but my chaaracter and level progression was deleted making me have to do so all over including the guild i created which was in its infancy and the pvp wins. please help me
