Only positive reviews accepted! – Thumbtack: Home Service Pros Review

Thought this was a good app even though you would occasionally run across bad contractors. That’s just life I guess. Today I figured out why bad contractors don’t have bad reviews. The site won’t let me leave a bad review! I’ve used several different people and never left a bad review before but now that I’m trying, it won’t let me. After a few hours and texting thumbtack support I was able to leave a 1 star review but I’m unable to leave a comment to go with it to explain. More texting with customer support but still no way to update the review. Clearly they’re just protecting the contractors , good or bad, so they’ll keep paying their fees.
