Still plays sound even when turned off – Solitaire Deluxe® 2: Card Game Review

I'm extremely disappointed in this app. I have the sound in the settings turned off and the switch on my iPhone set to mute, yet this app is still forcing the sound on the apps to play. I have no problem being forced to watch the apps, but forcing the sound through is unacceptable.
