Unable to Restore Purchase – EmoBoard - (Kaomoji ,kawaii & Smiley) keyboard Review

I’m reviewing here because I don’t know how to contact the developer, but I keep seeing a message telling me to purchase the locked features of the app on the keyboard. I bought it a long time ago and have tried restoring my purchase and deleting and reinstalling the app and restoring my purchase. The app says that I was able to restore the purchase, but the keyboard says otherwise.
