Kinda sad , why isn’t it working – Fix Photo.s + Double Exposure Review

Hello , I am sending this message in hopes of getting a answer. Recently i purchased the app to edit some photos. Imagine my hurt when after purchasing this app that it won’t load any of my photos :( I also pay for this app monthly. And I can’t use it .
