Couldn’t identify; wouldn’t accept picture – Garden Answers Plant Id Review

I’m very disappointed in this app. I’m just looking to get a plant identified. After setting up my account, I took a picture of my plant. It continues to tell me that I need to be taking a picture of the flower, but this is a non-flowering plant. It wouldn’t let me use the picture I took because it says it doesn’t match any flowers in their database.
