I was empress and didn’t receive my things ? – Campus Life™: Fashion Girl Review

I love this game but I didn’t receive any of my items for winning. I’m not sure what happen if it froze or whatever. It really upsets me that I can’t get my keys and Dress and things... I made sure to check in into the game it said that I was the Empress but I didn’t receive none of my things.
