New app freezes – TonePrint Review

When I connect my Flashback II to my iPad Pro or iPhone 8+ using the Apple Camera Interface, the app says to turn the knob to a toneprint slot to sync, and then freezes. All software is the most recent. ALSO: I have tried registering this product and filing a support request through your website. Both times, I got all the way through the process, only to receive a URL NOT FOUND error.
