Why can’t i contact anyone for help!? Fake Ninjas ruin game – Heroes Legend Review

So this fake account is in the great ninja war, ZEIL and he has no ninjas but is in the war, so when i approach, there’s no one to fight, so the game times out. and why is it he’s always either the first spot or the 2nd, can’t make any progress and it’s super frustrating. Please fix
