Puzzle problems – POLY ART: Coloring Puzzle Game Review

I have worked with this app for 2 weeks sent videos, pictures and described what is going wrong with the game. They have not fixed the problem or offered any advice. Paying $7.99 a week and every time I want a hint it freezes or shrinks so small you can’t see it! I’m really close to deleting it and asking for a refund! 1. Having trouble seeing the color of the pieces because of being same color of background. 2. Some of the puzzles will not let me get a hint. Please fix
