I had issues with a new Ring Camera installed by my alarm monitoring company ADT. The Ring Customer Service agent was amazing! She had me run a few tests and decided to send me a brand new replacement camera. The Ring App makes it easy to install and configure the camera and other Ring devices. I feel much safer with Ring.
