Terrible Customer Service – Word Shop - Fun Spelling Games Review

For over 6 months now I have been unable to play this game because I have completed all the levels. I get a message stating “Stay Tuned for New Levels”.....but they never come. I have written to the developers at least 3 times. Usually they do not respond. My latest message from a few days ago did get a rare response and they stated that no new levels were forthcoming. I really enjoyed this game but I do not wish to replay old completed levels. Sooner or later you too will exhaust all the levels and experience the same “we don’t care” attitude.
