Can’t use the app!! Please Help!! – WiFi Master - by WiFi.com Review

I downloaded this app in hopes that I can use some free WiFi. However, when I opened the app, it told me to scan a QR code. I didn’t understand so I tapped on “need help”. I still don’t get it. Pleaseeee help!!!
