Tech issues staying in game but I love playing & seems legit! – Arena - Live Trivia Battle Review

I would have givin it a 5 if it wasn’t for the tech issues I’ve had. The game seems legit so far. It’s very interesting & fun to play! I love that they allow no foul language in chat & xxxx it out! I’ve heard remarks from non players when I’ve posted my referral code on Facebook that it carries a virus but that’s untrue I’ve scanned it & have had no issues. See below the feedback email I sent to support regarding the tech issues. I’ve been playing a few months and been buying extra lives participating in chat, etc. Lately (past 4 games), I’ve been eliminated for reasons like tonite it said I was late in the game after I had been sitting there chatting for at least 3-4 minutes with others. If you pull your chat reports Ian Ls411. Nothing changed. Also earlier I answered a question on time in the greese VS dirty dancing game (correctly), i was eliminated for answering too late & couldn’t even use an extra live. Then yesterday’s last game I answered correctly but it took an extra life anyway which caused me to be eliminated on 2nd to last question so if I had not been eliminated then I could have used it or stayed in game Thru end! Anyway wondering if you get others like this? Again if u pull your chat reports I always state in chat what issue is happening. Thing is I’m not a computer idiot but I’m not a guru either. I am however an IT Sr Project Manager for Contract so I do handle multi Million $ Projects for major companies. I’ve checked the usual like am I connected or loosing connections. Yes sometimes it’s slow due to amount of users trying to connect but typically that’s at beginning of show & ends once mobs are picked. My issues happen generally once show starts. Help?
