Hay Day on New Ipad – Hay Day Review

I opened my new IPad with Hay Day. Instead of my old game coming up a new one came up. I have corresponded several times about this. All I need is a recovery code. Apple has not helped one bit. The developers have not helped at all even with reassurance. Now they do not correspond at all. I have lost over 3 years of gaming.
