There’s just one problem... – Liar! Uncover the Truth Review

If you asked me a year ago about how this game was, I would’ve said 100/10 and would recommend. It was refreshing to see a spunky protagonist and uncovering the truth left and right. Completely different from just choosing options to win the heart of your favorite character(s). Then they added sequels and some events that left me thinking “WTH?! They just wrapped it up like that?!” *spoilers* The protagonist moves out of her apartment because she has a creepy stalker and it’s not her ex this time. She moves into a sharehouse with 5 out of the 10 potential men. Mister/miss creepy stalker hasn’t even been mentioned as to who it was. This protagonist would’ve found out who it was and confronted them. I guess the gamemakers just wanted a way to force the protagonist to move in with the men. And it’s already been 5 sequels with no mention of it. I remember this one event simply because it rubbed me the wrong way. I think it was the Halloween one. Protagonist has a peeping tom while she changes and her butt gets groped. Finds out who it is and just slaps him, never mentioned again especially in the character route after that. There’s no aftercare? Really? There’s no chance for him to explain what happened especially in his route? Needless to say, from someone who was a satisfied customer, I am now considering quitting this game.
