Very calming, stimulating – Poly Artbook - puzzle game Review

Relaxing, allows my mind to switch over into a better overall positive feeling (effort, but effortless all together)...... anything with this type of creativity is perfect for helping the mind and body breathe/balance better (sounds strange) but after focusing on the puzzle your mind has nothing to hinder/distract it from its task (because your mind is in the “right brain mind set”). Keep up games/puzzles like these??????
