Awesome but has problems – WWE Immortals Review

I love the game and it has always been one of my favorites in the App Store but one day I was playing and trying to make an account to use but it wouldn’t have given me all my characters back so I didn’t do it. Soon after I get onto online battle to claim my 80,000 coins and it says I am suspended for violating terms of service which I do not believe I did and I am just hoping that someone will see this because I love the game but really would like to know a reason why I was suspended
