DISCONNECTS – Lovense Remote Review

I have the LUSH and my wife loves it when it’s connected and working (for at most 5mins). Than either the app or toy disconnects and will not reconnect on its own. SUPER FRUSTRATING for the both of us. In all honesty not worth the buy. Tried replacing (thought maybe it was just mine) They want details I cannot provide or don’t know. I wish Lovense would fix this problem or give people their money back.
