Mailbox bug – Sword of Shadows Review

Dear Snail Games for the past few months my Mailbox on my Tang Character Ayumi_Yamanaka occasionally when I try to claim stuff in my mailbox it says I have no Inventory space when I actually have tons available it first started with Internal Gems but now it’s effecting my Achievement points and supplies for my house. Plz fix.
