Terrible customer service – TSM Game Review

I was really enjoying the game. I spent quite a bit of money. Then The glitches started. Progress in the game reverted and it could not be started again. EA offered me about 1% of the Sims cash I spent on the event and said they could not fix it. This was unacceptable, so I asked to speak to a manager. I was promised a call back within a half hour and I am still waiting for the call back! I have had too many issues for the game to be enjoyable and a total lack of customer service. .... Still playing, but very annoyed because the item limit is forcing me to remove items from my house in order to buy more items. My rooms are looking empty. Please expand item limit.
