Simple and Motivating – MyTraining Workout Tracker Log Review
When I started using the app I was a beginner. I built my own workouts, and when I was unsure how to perform a specific workout, the built in gif on each individual set showed me how. In time when I looked to increasing my routine it was great to use the community of trainers and other users as inspiration to add auxiliary work. On top of that, it replaced the notebook of recordings. It’s easy to see your gains and track your weights. So yeah, it’s pretty great.
