Need Help, But None To Be Found – Future Life: Modern Horoscopes Review

I’ve had a subscription for The LeoKing (now Future Life) for a few years now. My 6 month renewal just processed and was charged to my credit card, but I can’t access anything on the app, because it says I need to renew my subscription. When I click “renew purchase” to have it “check” that I’ve already renewed, it takes me back to the login screen, where if I log in, I’m told I need to renew to access content. It’s an endless circle, and there’s no help to be found. I’ve emailed support and followed up twice without any kind of response, but they have my money and I can’t access anything I’ve paid for. I’m really frustrated at this point and despite really liking David, am close to canceling and disputing this charge on my credit card. Why is there no support for this app???
