Doesn't work and ppears to be a scam – Phone for Google Voice & GTalk Review

I got this app in a rush because my Skype wasn't working and I needed to call a friend overseas quickly. I didn't read the other reviews worrying this is a scam because I was in a rush. I bought 100 credits. I tried calling my friend 3 times and every call cut off after less than a minute.
