WHAT?!?! – Pretty Princess HD Wallpaper for Sailor Moon Free Review

What the heck! I would rate this ZERO stars if I could! I have an IPhone 6, with TONS of storage left, and it won't download. When I FINALLY got it to download, it wouldn't load up! It just sat there loading... dong nothing... anyone else have this problem? I deleted it, then downloaded it again, and it STILL wouldn't load!!! Can someone PLEASE help me with this, because I am a HUGE Sailor Moon fan, and this is VERY disappointing!!!!! I've noticed the OTHER Sailor Moon app by Patcharin Kaewmoonmook doesn't work for me either! PLEASE HELP!!!!!
