Can’t continue the game freezes – The Boxtrolls: Slide 'N' Sneak Review

After every loss the restart arrow appears & the cheese option but they do not work. We have close the game and app completely the relaunch to start where we left off. ANNOYING & FRUSTRATING! Especially for my child. PLEASE FIX IT!
