Cannot connect to server error – Prep & Pantry Lite - Food Storage Organizer Review

Have used for a couple of years. Recently purchased a new phone & now app is useless! Cannot connect to server & absolutely no response to multiple emails. There is No support! Only app I’ve ever purchased & appears they only want the $!
