Great Concept, Poor Workouts – PEAR - Personal Fitness Coach Review

I love the concept. However, there are big issues: - I'd consider myself to be in very good shape. As such, I need "advanced" workouts. Finding these is very tough, as most workouts are geared towards total beginners - So, related to the above point, the search functionality needs MAJOR overhaul; it's extremely poor at the moment - Even within "advanced" workouts, there is a bizarre propensity to go directly from zone 2 to zone 5, and vice versa. That's really odd, and doesn't make much scientific sense. It'd make a lot more sense to build in some time in zone 3 or even 4. Going to zone 2 each time after a high intensity interval also completely takes the intensity out of a workout - Related to the above, more advanced workouts are desperately needed - Also, cardio only and cardio+weight workouts need to be more clearly delineated. I only use Pear for cardio, so the weight components are not useful - I'd love an option to "minimize" coach monologues. Once I've done a workout several times, I just need the basics, no need the give me the whole spiel about topic "x" every time - This one is minor, but in tracking only, I'd love if the graph started out zoomed in more, and for it to zoom out as you went. Right now, it's massively zoomed out from the start I am a premium subscriber, and, for now, I'll stay. I just wish you wouldn't cater almost exclusively to total beginners, and I'm staying in the hope that you'll make a lot of improvements in the near future.
