Great app too bad I cannot get the sound to work – Hooked on Phonics Learn & Read Review

I really love the app but there is no sound. The site says the sound files may not have gotten downloaded so I tried 4 times and still no sound. My other apps work fine and have sound so there is nothing wrong with my iPad. The app is useless without the sound
