Does not support multiple devices (ie iPad + iPhone) – SCRABBLE for iPad Review

If you use Scrabble Premium on the iPhone and iPad, notifications only come through to the device last used, not both. This is extremely annoying for those of us who use both devices. It should not be a difficult thing to fix and is ridiculous that this issue has been ongoing for so long. Please just fix it. As someone who switches very frequently between an iPhone and an iPad, this is really very annoying, as it means I often miss notifications when I switch devices. None of my other apps' notifications behave like this. For example, if I make a move on my iPad but then leave the house with my iPhone, leaving the iPad at home, I don't get any of my notifications on the iPhone unless I launch the app on there first. But since I only open up the app when I have a move to play (and get a notification), that's a problem. Also, notifications never come through on my Apple Watch at all, even though I have notifications for that app set to mirror on my watch from my iPhone. So please fix this for good. I've been having notifications issues with this app for ages and it's really making me not want to use this app anymore, as much as I love the game itself. The developer acknowledged that this is a known issue but it’s been over a year with no fix. Edit: after getting the response from the EA rep the steps they gave me don’t help and aren’t relevant at all. They need to support users logging in on one of their four different iOS apps and sending notifications to all instances of the app. The problem is on their end, not the user’s.
