Impossible to cancel texting – Sears – Shop smarter & save Review

We are going to Europe for 3 weeks. We are trying to cancel the texts to avoid unnecessary charges on cell phone. We were promised this would happen but I got another text today. It used to be 3 times a week but they keep increasing the texts. Please help us.
