Lots of features but inconsistent execution and poor support – iSmoothRun Review

Disappointing. After reading a number of good things I gave it a shot and have been really underwhelmed. There is a lot of functionality, but much of it has not worked properly. The interface isn’t intuitive and the help/setup guide is severely lacking. Ive asked for help with my issues and the only time I got any response was when I followed up with multiple inquiries. Even then we never got the basic functionality to work and there was no real interest in getting things resolved. Look elsewhere. There are better options out there and the charge is not justified.
