Bad Customer Service – BookMyShow | Movies & Events Review

I would now directly contact the theatre and not support this app. Would also encourage all my friends and family to do it. They just charge you exorbitant costs for ‘customer service’ which they deny to provide. They didn’t cancel my transaction less than five minutes after making the booking because of their ‘policy’!!
