Files inaccessible locally – Microsoft Lens: PDF Scanner Review

Outside of the closed Microsoft ecosystem on the iPad, there is no way to locally access documents saved to PDF (or rename them and other basic functions) using iOS Files app, or Acrobat Reader, or any non-MS app on the iPad. Deleting.
