What's the upgrade cost? – Full Moon Phase Review

What's the upgrade cost? This could be a nice app, if I could access all the features. I might upgrade, if I knew the cost. My moon is in Scorpio, so I'm suspicious by nature. Not revealing the price I will pay until I commit to paying it doesn't work for me.
