Horrible Customer Support – Sprout Social Review
For months, I was unable to post from the app. Contacted customer support and would receive email responses in the middle of the night.
When I would call, the rep would never be available and never returned my phone calls. Then, I would get emails telling me the issue had been resolved and the ticket closed. Spending $100 a month and not being able to resolve a posting issue is unacceptable since the sole use of the app to be able to post across multiple accounts.
