Terrible Customer Service – Fy! - shopping made awesome Review

Placed an order for multiple framed prints. One of the items arrived broken. I contacted customer service and a chat bot replied informing me the team was currently offline. Didn’t hear back for days and when they did reply they gave no estimate as to when I would receive a replacement. Been trying to contact them everyday for over a week only to get a boiler plate chat bot response of “team currently offline” PS The quality of prints and frame is disappointing.
