Developers don’t fix bugs or update as needed. – Insta Booth Review

I had the older version of Insta booth and rather than updating they came out with a new app of the same name. The old app does not work on the newest version of my iPad. All photos I did not save to my iPad photos are lost. If I had advance warning the app was obsolete and would no longer work on my iPad when updated, I would have saved all photos as a precaution. Warning to all, you may loose your photos, as the developers may do the same with this app and rather than update the app make it obsolete. When obsolete you cannot open the old version and hence access photos that were in the app. So against better judgement bought the new app and for the past week keeps crashing. Do the developers ignore this app? Updated March 2018 Still crashes, can I be refunded? Has not worked for months........
