Got charged $100 for a FREE trial. – Live Translator Review

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. I signed up today for a FREE 3-day trial for the pro one year subscription. The app specifically says, “Your trial subscription will automatically be converted to a paid subscription unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.” Since I was only within an hour of the trial period I thought I’d cancel it early so I wouldn’t forget and get charged the $99.99 fee. I get an email about 30 minutes later asking about a recent and potentially fraudulent purchase from iTunes. Turns out the app charged me almost immediately after starting the free trial and not after the three days like it had told me prior. I’m never using this app again and never recommending it to anyone. I’ll just use Google Translate for free.
