Update ruined the app – inRoute - Intelligent Routing Review

Ever since my app received the most recent update it won't open. I've used this app for years and pay monthly. I would love to delete/change my review if the problem is corrected. I use this for app for work and it is causing me a great deal of inconvenience with it not working.
