Not showing my Premium account – Password Manager: Passible Review

I actually have LOVED this app and used it daily for a couple years now. However, I just got a new iPhone, and when I put all my apps on it, only this one didn’t return me to my previous status. When I enter my Apple ID password, it tells me I don’t have the Premium account— and I DO. On my old iPhone it showed that I did. I also can’t seem to transfer my log over because of this misinformation about my app. It just invites me to purchase Premium over again. I use the app so much, I’m almost willing to do this...but will this happen again? I’ve sent messages and not heard back. This is the last item I need to take care of on my new phone. Very disappointing...
