NEED REFUND – Astrology. Personal horoscope Review

This app let me access the free trial the first day and then did not let me do that ever again so I then assumed that the free trial did not go through. Today I was charged $54 for a subscription that I don't even know how to access plus AND since I was not expecting this there was a overdraft protection fee of $12 added to my account! I really cannot afford this. I am living paycheck to paycheck. On top of that I am subscribed to something I don't even have an option to access! I tried to contact the support but everything is in a language I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. I tried emailing the email I found on their site but apparently the email address does not exist. I need my money back. I feel very cheated right now and am not happy at all. If the company is reading this contact me as soon as possible, if you give me a refund I will take this review down.
