Help – Pet Buddies HD Review

Help I'm stuck in jackies home. I can't get out and my pets not their ether. Even when I go to the store and press home it brings me to jackies. I can dress her and sell her things but I miss my pet more. I've been playing a while and want to lose anything please help me.
