Can’t start a new game with friend – SCRABBLE for iPad Review

Using scrabble premium for ipad, click on “create new game”, followed by “play with friends” and the list comes up empty! Cannot use the search icon to find a player, nor touch a letter of the alphabet to find a friend. Fix it already!!!!
